Amla boosts hair growth, nourishes and conditions hair and
scalp, cures dandruff and prevents hair loss. It makes hair stronger,
healthier, shinier while adding texture and volume. It also helps to darken
hair naturally.
Direction: To make a reparative mask, mix half cup of Amla and one quarter cup of warm water to make a thin paste mix. It can be used immediately. Massage into scalp and all over hair before proceeding to shampoo and condition as normal. The same paste can be used as a face mask.
Other ayurvedic powders may also be mixed with Amla in other to get all their benefits. E.g Amla & Fenugreek or Amla, Fenugreek & Shikakai
